Description: 

SUMMARY:

Responsible for planning, facilitating and leading meetings. Our team develops meeting agendas, supporting documentation and briefings for meetings with our Government sponsors, WSMR organizations and program managers for weapons development.

Duties: 

JOB DUTIES:

Plan, facilitate and lead meetings.

Develop meeting agendas, supporting documentation and briefings for meetings.

Act as the liaison between the weapons developer and the missile range and interact with all WSMR organizations and their resources.

Assist/coordinate many aspects of critical test/development activities on the range.

Serve as the subject matter experts on WSMR facilities and resources required to execute the program evaluations of formal test events, experiments, and field exercises.

Support these activities over a wide range of legacy systems and technologies as well as posture support for an expanding list of new weapon systems and emerging technologies.

Act as a liaison between WSMR and customers for a variety of issues, including ensure surge support coverage.

 

Serve as the technical subject matter experts

Prepared numerous reports and briefings.

 

Be active in developing new customers for WSMR. Our team assisted in enhancing/developing the Strategic Marketing Plan for WSMR.

Provide briefing and demonstration support for Command groups to include preparation of presentations, engineering upgrades of the Command conference room and Executive Conference Center.

Qualifications: 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have working knowledge in this field and a minimum of 2-3 work experience.  Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
