Description:Provide technical and financial planning and analysis for High Speed/Hypersonics (HS/H) technology Government program managers. Develop project status reports on assigned HS/H tasks for Office of Secretary of Defense and other high-level Government agencies. Determine future HS/H program requirements, based on analysis of current projects, trends and technological gaps. Coordinate funding and program direction between HS/H principal investigators and Government program managers. Prepare and present papers on HS/H program technology at technical meetings and symposia.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of a MS in an engineering or scientific field related to HS/H technology. Must have experience in Government acquisition programs, including the development of contract advertising, technical specifications and evaluation criteria, as well as in proposal evaluation processes. Must have at least ten years experience in work directly related to HS/H Flight Test technology. Must possess knowledge of past, current and future national/international HS/H programs, along with testing facilities and their capabilities. Must be familiar with state-of-the-art diagnostics and sensors used in HS/H testing.

Desired Requirements:

Ph. D. in an engineering or scientific field related to HS/H technology. Hands on HS/H Flight Test experience desired. Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication, along with proficiency in the use of office computer hardware and software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) is desired. Experience that demonstrates organization and management skills involving multiple, simultaneous tasks is desired.
